An exciting and unique opportunity has arisen for a self-motivated and enthusiastic individual to join the Diocese of Southwell and Nottingham Multi Academy Trust (MAT) as a Payroll Assistant. The post-holder will update and maintain the Payroll system, assist with the administration of the monthly payroll and assist the Trust Support Team in providing support for the partner academies within the Trust as it continues to grow and develop.
The ideal candidate will have a good academic standard of education, relevant experience in payroll or HR and excellent organisational skills. The ability to communicate effectively at all levels and have the skills to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion are critical. An aptitude to think creatively and flexibly to resolve issues is also essential. Previous experience in a similar role would be desirable but is not essential as training will be given.
