This post involves working shifts between 7am-10pm including weekends and bank holidays You will be assisting service users with personal care as outlined in their care plans, arrange and contribute to activities, carrying out record keeping, building positive relationships with service users/parents/carers and other professionals. You will also ensure the unit is kept clean and tidy with regards to health and safety, this may include some domestic duties. You will need to work in line with the department budgetary, financial and written records policy.
