Albany Infant and Nursery School are looking to appoint a dynamic, fun-loving Key Stage 1 Lead to be a champion for our children, improving their life chances and setting them on the pathway to success. Starting in September 2024, you will be class based with dedicated leadership time to be able to impact directly on outcomes for our pupils. This post will give you the opportunity to develop your phase and help everyone within to thrive.

We are looking for a key stage leader who:

•  Is dedicated to supporting the school to break down barriers to learning

Particular responsibilities:
The post requires you to:

•  Be responsible for the day-to-day teaching of a class with allocated leadership time
•  Lead Teaching and Learning within the key stage being responsible for the outcomes of pupils 
•  Be responsible for leading a core curriculum area across the school
•  Be a member of the Senior Leadership Team
