We are seeking a Performance & Service Improvement Manager who will support the Place Leadership Team in its delivery of strategic objectives and improvements across the Place Department. We are looking for an outstanding and forward-thinking individual to deliver this pivotal role within the Place Department, coordinating departmental performance metrics and aligning directly to the Director for Green Growth, Investment and Assets. You will work to ensure effective delivery against service plan objectives and ensure strong performance management relationships with our key external delivery partners including Arc, Via and Inspire. You will also provide oversight of our departmental project management functions and forward plan coordination. This is an exciting role with an opportunity to work across a diverse department delivering on transformational change and place shaping.
