Arnold Hill Academy are seeking to appoint an Assistant Head of Year who will be part of a strong and successful Pastoral Team.

The Academy is looking for a driven and caring individual who can motivate and act as a role model to students. The position involves coordinating students, tracking progress and delivering guidance to a whole year group. Working in a team is vital as you will be working in close partnership with other Pastoral Leaders. You will be joining a forward looking and dynamic team which is warm and friendly, but which has high expectations of everyone. This post is to cover the maternity leave of the current post holder.
