The Customer Service, Complaints and Information team is looking for a passionate and accomplished professional to join their established team. To cover maternity leave. You will be part of a team of committed to improvement and making changes that make it easier for residents to contact us and slicker and more efficient for staff and departments. You’ll need to have a collaborative style and approach and a proven track record in:
- Project management
- Customer service improvement techniques
- Building successful relationships with staff, stakeholders and partners
