Kingsmill Link Worker (Connect Service)

Connect provides support to people at risk of losing independence because of finances, housing, physical and mental health, social isolation, care needs or any other issues concerns affecting their wellbeing.

The successful candidate will provide telephone and face to face support to empower people to find solutions to their problems. With an awareness of the issues vulnerable people face, we are looking for an individual who is empathetic, sensitive and able to empower people to self-manage their needs. Self-motivation and discipline are key to this role, which will involve working from home and managing a busy caseload.

Applications are welcomed from candidates with previous experience in a similar role, however, full training can be provided for the right candidate with the relevant transferable skills, the ability to quickly learn the ropes and the ability to gain the required knowledge within a short period of time.
