Trust Senior HR Manager
An excellent opportunity has now arisen for a Senior HR Manager to join us at our Trust Central Team based at Bramcote College.
Within this role, you will be responsible for organising and managing all aspects of the Trust’s Human Resources function and fulfilling the requirements of safer recruitment legislation. Reporting to the Executive Principal, you will ensure the effective operation of systems and policies within the Trust and the development of its Human Resources service ensuring compliance with employment law and appropriate education legislation. You will also be responsible for assisting with and overseeing the recruitment, selection and retention process within the business. The successful candidate will develop and lead on providing a bespoke HR Service offer to schools on behalf of the Trust, ensuring schools in the scheme receive best value and a high standard of service delivery.
In order to be successful in this role, it is essential that you possess relevant qualifications in Human Resources and hold a Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) Level 5 Diploma. Prior experience of developing and implementing policy and procedure related to management of HR function is also a requirement and you will be familiar with developing systems and processes to meet organisational requirements.
