MITRE is a growing Multi Academy Trust with its Head Office (and this role) based in Eakring. The Trust has 8 schools at present with further plans for growth.

An opportunity has arisen for an HR Officer to join our small close-knit team. In this role you will work closely with the HR Manager to help shape and deliver efficient and effective HR advice, guidance and support services to our family of schools (both on and off site) across the Trust. The role is extremely varied covering all aspects of HR and will provide the right candidate with the opportunity to really “add value”.
