Caretaker

We seek to appoint a caretaker, to our hard working site team, who is proactive in their approach to site maintenance and proud of their working environment. 

The successful candidate will be required to maintain the premises and offer a range of caretaking, maintenance and janitorial duties for the benefit of students, parents and staff. 
Working alternate early/late/day shifts you will ideally have practical building maintenance skills and experience of working in premises with Health & Safety knowledge. You must be self-motivated but also able to work as part of a team, have good communication skills and have a commitment to maintaining high standards.

Previous experience of this type of work would be advantageous but ideally we are looking for someone with the drive and commitment to ensure a safe environment for everyone within and visiting our Academy. A full driving licence would also be advantageous.
