We are seeking an excellent class teacher who will:

  • Inspire all children to ‘Dream, Achieve and Flourish’
  • Have knowledge (and preferably experience) of the EYFS curriculum
  • Have an understanding (and preferably experience of) a range of assessment procedures relevant to EYFS
  • Ensure the individual needs of the pupils are met, allowing for the highest standards to be achieved by all
  • Maintain high standards of behaviour in line with the school’s behaviour policy
  • Actively take part in professional development, and sharing expertise and experiences as required
  • Take an active role as a subject coordinator
  • Work alongside other members of staff to deliver a curriculum that is innovative and stimulating
  • Work co-operatively as part of a team with evidence of being able to motivate and develop others
  • Interact with data outcomes in order to identify areas for development and plan strategies to close gaps in progress and attainment
  • Create a stimulating, organised, interactive and informative learning environment that encourages each child to achieve his/her potential
  • Be organised and timely in meeting deadlines
  • Have a positive and enthusiastic outlook on school life
  • Develop positive relationships with parents
  • Be enthusiastic, energetic & passionate
