An opportunity has arisen for a Senior Business Analyst to support the delivery of a range of complex cross-council, cross-organisational and departmental transformation and change projects.

The County Council has recently moved to a new model of transformation and change, which promotes an evidence-based approach and is underpinned by the creation of a Strategic Insight Unit. This post is based within the newly established Strategic Insight Unit, within the wider Transformation and Change Group.

This is an exciting time to join the team. You will:

  • Develop and improve organisational capability through the identification and analysis of current problems and improvement opportunities.
  • Use strategic business analysis tools and techniques to drive transformation and change decisions and opportunities.
  • Collaborate with services and other stakeholders to gain insight and understanding.
  • Promote the role of business and change analysis across the wider Council.

You will need to provide extensive and demonstrable business and information analysis experience as set out in the attached job description and person specification.
