Pro-rated salary £2,782 to £2,838 (Full time equivalent - £17,842 to £18,198)

- 2 positions at Halam CofE Primary School Monday - Friday 6.25 per week (1.25 hours a day).
- 1 position (same hours as above) for 3 days at Halam school and 2 days at Bleasby Primary School.
(For the right candidate we will consider paid work experience placements as well as accommodating flexibility in regard to working days)
An opportunity to work at Halam C of E Primary School who caters for approximately 90 children between the ages of 4 and 11 situated in the small village of Halam. The Halam CofE Primary School are an all-inclusive school with a passion for encouraging our children to become independent and effective learners in all areas of their life. We manage this through delivering a fun and engaging curriculum within a Christian ethos that is underpinned by our 5 finger Christian values.

The Governors wish to appoint a Midday Supervisor/Playworkers to join their current team of lunchtime support staff, who will be responsible for the supervision of children on the school premises throughout the midday break both in the dining room and around the school. They will also work with the children to promote positive playtimes by teaching them new games and rules for games, encouraging them to demonstrate to each other how to play and interact.

The successful candidate will be responsible and caring as well as being committed to supporting and contributing to the school ethos of life in all its fullness and the values of Taking Care, Integirty, Perseverance, Aspire and Kindness. 

As stated above, this role is a permanent part time position, however, for the right candidate we are willing to accommodate those seeking to gain paid work experience within a school setting or wish to have more flexibilitiy in regard to working days if required.
