£16,755 - £17,391 p.a. A Living Wage Allowance is payable on all hours worked to bring the pay rate for this post up to a minimum of £9.00 per hour, the maximum rate of pay is £9.01 per hour.

We are looking for an enthusiastic Business Support Administrator to work within the Business Support Team based at Lawn View House.  This post will mainly be based within the reception area with an expectation to cover. We require an enthusiastic, self-motivated person to form part of a small team who will provide a high quality, effective and efficient reception service at Lawn View House, Sutton in Ashfield. You will be the first point of contact on behalf of all users of the building, meeting/greeting visitors and ensuring that the building facilities run efficiently and effectively.   There will be an expectation that you will be flexible and able to work within other departments within Lawn View House. 

Knowledge of the following would be particularly useful:

  • A good working knowledge of MS Office application.
  • An awareness of Data Protection issues and information management
  • Experience of working in a confidential environment.

  • Professional appearance and attitude. 
  • Good interpersonal skills.
  • Possessing good organisational skills
  • A strong commitment to task and self-motivation
  • Positive attitude to change.
