£21,745 - £24,717 p.a (pro rata for part time)
Based within Day Service's North, and required to work across the district at different buildings, you will develop support plans and deliver a wide range of day service activities and care to people attending our combined service bases. You will be able to effectively consult with the customers and others in the delivery of Services and be able to supervise, guide and support colleagues. You will be enthusiastic and flexible and be able to work across all service user groups within a geographical area. You must be able to drive.A social care qualification Equivalent to NVQ 3 is a desirable requirement or you must be willing to work towards this qualification. You will have the ability to offer person centred, inclusive support, which develops and maintains independence.You must be able to work effectively, both as a team member and on your own initiative and put into practice the Council's commitment to excellent customer care.
