Residential Care Worker

Working a variety of shifts, early, late, weekends and bank holidays you will support the resident group with their day to day needs under the direction of senior staff. Shift work has a significant impact on your lifestyle and you will need to consider this before you apply
You must have a minimum of 6 months experience of working with children, young people or adults, either in a voluntary, work or other relevant setting. You must a good standard of literacy and if not already held you will be expected to attain the level 3 Diploma for Children & Young people
