The opportunity has arisen for a full time Residential Care Worker at Lyndene. Lyndene is a Residential Childrens Home.

We are looking for motivated individuals that are passionate about providing exceptional support to young people. You should be enthusiastic and possess high expectations for young people to achieve in every aspect of their lives. You will be committed to work with young people to secure positive outcomes for their future.

The Residential Care Worker post means that you will work a variety of shifts. These include early, late, weekends and bank holidays. You will support the resident group with their day to day needs under the direction and with support of the senior staff.

You must have a minimum of 6 months experience of working with children, young people or adults, either in a voluntary, paid work or other relevant setting. You must a good standard of literacy. If not already held, you will be expected to attain the level 3 Diploma for Children & Young people.
