Living Well Mansfield are looking for a enthusiastic and highly motivated, qualified social worker to join their multi-specialist team. You should have an interest in, and preferably experience of, working with individuals aged 18-64 with mental health needs and/all learning disabilities.

This is an exciting opportunity where you will be working in accordance with the Government and National legislation and guidance to deliver a high-quality service focusing on maximising independence, prevention and protection.

Experienced candidates would be expected to undertake assessment, support planning, commissioning and safeguarding duties, whilst newly qualified candidates would be expected to work towards these tasks with appropriate support.

You will be working in an exciting and sometimes challenging environment in close partnership with external agencies and providers, which will require high levels of confidence and independence.

You will receive regular supervision and have access to appropriate training and opportunities for personal development.

You will need to have effective communication, negotiation, organisational and IT skills which are essential tools to aid developing flexible working practices.
