The Maximising Independence Service (MIS) is a new service in ASCH which is focused on early resolution, prevention, promoting independence and wellbeing for all people. If you are an experienced Occupational Therapist looking to develop your career into a management role or now in management and looking for an opportunity for your continuous professional development, we would like you to join us.

We want a lead practitioner in our MIS North Team, who will promote a strength-based approach to embed the ethos of promoting independence and wellbeing and delaying the need for ongoing care and support. The key to this role is the development, supervision, coaching and leadership of staff through change, enabling them to understand what is expected of them and take ownership for their decision making in supporting the people of Nottinghamshire to identify and achieve their goals.

If you would like more information, please contact Tania Middleton, Team Manager MIS North on 07717715741.
