Hours: 37.5 per week - Monday to Friday 9.00am to 5.00pm

Weeks: 52 weeks per year

Holiday: 30 days per year, plus bank holidays

Due to continued growth, we now seek to appoint a HR Administrator to join the HR team at our Head Office in Mansfield.

The role will involve providing administrative support to the HR function and supporting the delivery of the day to day responsibilities of HR.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting with the maintenance of employee records
  • Updating internal databases 
  • Inputting and monitoring staff absence
  • Supporting with the end to end recruitment process
  • Onboarding of new starters
  • Assisting with payroll processing
  • Providing general administrative support within the HR department
  • Completing wellbeing calls to staff members

The successful candidate should have a minimum of one years experience working within a HR environment, hold a CIPD Level 3 qualification in Human Resources and have a good working knowledge of Microsoft and Google.

This is a fast paced role so you will need to have excellent time management skills, be resilient and have a solution focused approach to your work. You should have effective communication skills and have a strong people focus.

Please note, it is an essential requirement of this role that you hold a full UK driving licence and have access to a road worthy vehicle.
