Early Years Class Teacher

Required from September 2020.

Leverton Church of England Academy is situated in a pleasant rural location near Retford and caters for pupils aged 2-11. The Academy is proud of its inclusive ethos and its commitment to meeting the needs of all our children. We are looking for someone who:

• Is a highly capable classroom practitioner
• Has a thorough knowledge of the early years curriculum
• Enthuses and challenges all pupils through stimulating and creative teaching
• Has high expectations of achievement and behaviour for all groups of children
• Builds positive relationships with the children, staff, parents and governors
• Works well as part of a team and use their initiative
• Fully participates in all aspects of school life.
• Has a good sense of humour.
