£15,375 - £16,491p.a. (pro rata for part time). £7.97 and £8.55 per hour, a Living Wage Allowance is payable on all hours worked to bring the pay rate for this post up £8.75 per hour.

We are currently recruiting to this exciting service and are seeking staff to provide short-term support to people living in their own homes. We require flexible staff who work well alone and as part of a team, to support and assist people over the age of 18 while they increase their confidence and independence in all aspects of personal care and daily living tasks. You will also liaise with a variety of staff including occupational therapists and community care officers to ensure individuals are given the chance to regain skills to live independently as possible.

The service is provided 365 days a year from 7am to 10pm and operates on a 4 days on / 4 days off rolling shift pattern. This includes regular weekend, Bank Holiday and split shift working patterns.

We currently have vacancies for Reablement Support Workers; variable hours are on offer and also AM and PM shift work all of which are negotiable. We will be doing a rolling recruitment for the posts until all posts are filled

Applicants must have a full driving licence and access to a car for which mileage will be paid.
