An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly skilled Temporary Business Support Administrator to join the Community Safety team which works collaboratively with partners to ensure that Nottinghamshire is a safe place to live, work and visit.

You would be supporting a number of high level meetings with senior managers in Nottinghamshire County Council and partners including District Councils, Office of the Police and Crime Commissioner, Nottinghamshire Police and Nottinghamshire Fire and Rescue among others. Tasks would include preparing and circulating papers for approximately 30 meetings a year, taking minutes and taking on duties relating to work streams coming out of the meetings.

The role also includes assisting with the monitoring of budgets for a number of funding streams, submitting quarterly claims for project funding, raising sales orders and chasing outstanding payments, paying invoices and maintaining accurate records of income and expenditure.

The successful applicant will be expected to travel to attend meetings across the County and work from County Hall in West Bridgford, Nottingham as well as County House in Mansfield as the need arises.
