Birklands Primary School have a unique and exciting opportunity for a Lead Practitioner to join us. We are looking for someone who can model teaching skills within the school, lead on improving teaching where needed and directly impact the quality of pupil outcomes.

This will involve coaching, mentoring and induction of teachers, including from trainees and NQTs to experienced classroom teachers, disseminating materials and advising on practice, research and continuing professional development.

You must be an outstanding teacher who can inspire and lead others, have effective planning skills and have outstanding communication skills. We would encourage applications for experienced teachers.
