£7.97 - £8.55 per hour: A Living Wage Allowance is payable on all hours worked to bring the pay rate for this post up to a minimum of £8.45 per hour, the maximum rate of pay is £8.55 per hour.

This is an exciting opportunity to join the Play for Disabled Children Team at Sunnyside Saturday Club or Ollerton Saturday Club.

You will work within a specialist play setting alongside an experienced team providing and adapting play/youth opportunities to meet the requirements of disabled children and young people. Play Support Workers require experience or training in play or childcare. You will need to be flexible, compassionate, have a willingness to learn/train, and be able to support and care for children/young people aged 5 – 17 years enabling them to access play activities and meet their care needs. Training to develop your expertise will be available. Due to the nature of the work, applicants should be aged 18 or over.

You will have to meet the requirements of the person specification in order to be offered the post and will be subject to an enhanced DBS check. You will also have the opportunity to join our bank of workers and access supply work to other partner projects.
