The Forest View Academy are seeking to appoint an experienced Pastoral and Safeguarding Lead to join their friendly and dedicated team. The successful applicant will be required to provide a focused family support to families with complex needs.

The successful applicant will need to monitor and improve attendance, manage safeguarding as a designated lead and work alongside staff in school on PSED. You will need to have excellent communication and organisational skills, the ability to develop positive working relationships and be prepared to contribute to the wider life of the school. The role involves daily contact with children, parents and colleagues from a range of agencies.
