As our super school continues to grow and develop, the Governors are seeking to appoint an outstanding and inspirational permanent Deputy Head Teacher from 1st September 2024 for this successful, outward looking junior school.  This is truly an exciting time to be joining Leas Park.  The successful candidate will play a key role in our continuing improvement journey and help us to fulfil our school’s potential in all areas of our work.

We are looking to recruit an experienced leader and an outstanding classroom practitioner who will be committed to driving the school forward by enabling staff and pupils to perform at their very best.

•    Have experience of delivering and managing the changes associated with a very busy junior school and have the capacity to lead a core subject across school;
•    Support the Head Teacher in ensuring safeguarding across school is always the priority.
