Caudwell house in Southwell provides residential care and short breaks for young people aged 10 to 18 years with physical disabilities, associated learning difficulties and/or health needs. Caudwell House has been awarded "outstanding" since 2011 and has a commitment to continue to improve and develop services for young people.
The post will require you to provide the highest standard of physical and emotional care, interact positively with the young people, enable them to have a voice, contribute to a positive environment including the provision of play and leisure, work positively with parents and other professionals, write reports and case records and lead shifts. You will be required to perform personal and intimate care and health procedures and will be given full training by health professionals as part of a thorough induction process.
