Teaching Assistant

The Suthers School is a brand new 11-18 academy which welcomed its first cohort of students in September 2017. We are now seeking to appoint a well-qualified Teaching Assistant to play a critical role in supporting us in our mission to deliver a first-class education to all students.  

By striking a balance between challenge and support and by ranking character education alongside academic preparation, The Suthers School seeks to provide the very best foundation for all its students, no matter what their starting point. Above all, we are looking for a dynamic, enthusiastic and well-qualified Teaching Assistant who shares our passion for ensuring that the needs of all learners are met and who can demonstrate the ability to quickly develop a rapport with students. Experience of working 1-1 and in small groups in an education setting is crucial.
