Behaviour Teaching Assistant

Required from September 2020

We require an experienced teaching assistant who will offer individual, classroom, behavioural and administrative support. Your knowledge of the SEND code of practice will help you to understand and empathise with students who experience difficulty with school life for a number of reasons. With a passion for making a difference, perseverance and a sense of humour, you will be an asset to the Inclusion team.

You will need to be flexible, have a desire to work with young people and a calm and authoritative manner. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who is considering a career in teaching or for someone qualified but seeking further school experience.

Hall Park Academy is working in partnership with The Redhill Academy Trust. The Academy is also a member of Redhill Teaching School Alliance and as such there are excellent CPD opportunities and the chance to work alongside other high performing schools in the region.
