£7.16 to £8.53 depending on experience
We have a vacancy for a Senior Midday Supervisor to work for 17 hours 30 minutes per week, term time only, comprising 7 hours 30 minutes over the lunch breaks and 10 hours for school meals administration.
The hourly rate of pay will be between £7.16 and £8.53. There is a possibility the number of hours will increase in the future.
This person will:
- Lead and manage a team of 12 midday supervisors
- Be directly responsible for the administration of school meals across the school
- Organise and manage the smooth running of the lunch break
- Implement the school’s policies and encourage high standards of behaviour
- Organise opportunities for structured play for all ages of pupils
- Ensure the supervision of children during lunchtime, caring for their health, safety and welfare both in the dining area and on the playground.
- Work under the direction of the Head Teacher and the Deputy Head Teacher
- Work alongside the Cook Supervisor to ensure healthy attitudes to eating are encouraged.
