We are currently looking to recruit an enthusiastic and committed Personal Care Assistant, to work with us at Carlton Digby from September 2018. Carlton Digby is a purpose built school for pupils aged three to eighteen years, to help us ensure that all our pupils can be their best. In March 2018 the school was given an Ofsted grading of ‘Good’ and “The leadership team has maintained the good quality of education in the school since the last inspection. Based on the evidence gathered during this short inspection, I am of the opinion that the school has demonstrated strong practice and marked improvement in certain areas. This may indicate that the school is improving towards being outstanding.”

We are a maintained special school, located in Mapperley, with 69 pupils on roll from a wide catchment area. We strive to work as a team to achieve the best possible outcomes for pupils. The post will involve supporting the personal and educational needs of pupils across the school. The successful candidates must have experience, knowledge and understanding of personal care, together with previous experience of working with children/young adults with complex needs. On-going training will be provided to assist in your continued professional development.

Post – Permanent term time only post (Ref: PCAPTT) 32.50 Hours.
