Due to our Trust meeting the strategic aim of 12 schools and possible expansion beyond this, Equals Trust is seeking to appoint a qualified and experienced School Improvement Lead who will bring enthusiasm, drive and magic to lead school improvement through the next stage of our exciting development.

Accountable to the Trust Board and working with the Chief Executive Officer, Leadership Team and the Directors of the Trust, the successful candidate will lead on Trust school improvement. This will include ensuring standards are high in our schools and leading school improvement strategies across the schools. The SIL will report to the CEO and Board to enable them to meet their accountabilities and responsibilities, ensuring that all requirements of the Department for Education (DfE), Ofsted and Regional Schools Commission (RSC) are met. The successful candidate will have experience of school improvement across several schools.

As part of this role the post holder will work closely with Leadership Group and all Primary School staff in Equals Trust to ensure continual improvement, including ensuring that the schools comply with their statutory obligations
