An opportunity has arisen in the team for an enthusiastic, and energetic individual to join us at County Hall, responsible for ensuring that procurement plans/policies/projects and strategies are developed, implemented, monitored and reported on to underpin the delivery of an excellent procurement service.
You will play a pivotal role in the development of procurement policy and strategy and the development, implementation, maintenance and roll out of procurement systems and tools to support the efficient and effective management of the function.
You will be an individual with sound analytical skills, relevant policy and strategy development and implementation experience. You will also have excellent communication skills and the ability to engage effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.
