The Estates Practice Team manages the whole of the County Council’s property portfolio. You will be working on a challenging and interesting mix of properties and will be involved in advising the Council across a full range of property matters including valuations, disposals, lettings, rent reviews and rating.

You will be educated to degree level in a relevant subject and a Chartered Surveyor (MRICS) (or working towards) with a minimum of 3 year’s commercial property experience.

The role is based at County Hall in West Bridgford and will require travel across the whole of Nottinghamshire. You will work as part of a small team of property professionals and support staff and you will need to have a full driving licence.
