An exciting 6 month opportunity has arisen to work directly with the School Service Support Team within the Operational Delivery Group of ICT Services, reporting to the Commercial Support Desk Manager.  You will undertake the role of Team Leader of the MIS (Management Information System) Team supporting our external school customers with their SIMS or ScholarPack MIS software.  A prior knowledge either in a leadership capacity or supporting schools in a busy school environment may be advantageous in your contribution to the success of this opportunity.

We are seeking a self-reliant and well organised individual, able to manage an experienced and established support team.  You will be required to explore and lead the team through a variety of work streams to ensure that a robust, reliable and value for money service is successfully delivered.  You will have strong interpersonal skills and be an excellent communicator, both verbally and in writing.
