We are looking for a dynamic and energetic Project Manager to work within the Children's and Families Department's newly created Strategic Development Team. You will be delivering a range of transformation and service improvement projects, in line with emerging priorities across the service.

The team is responsible for the design and delivery of key projects within the Children and Families Department, working with a variety of stakeholders to improve services for children and families.

As such you will have experience of managing projects using a variety of approaches, experience of planning, leading and delivering transformation and service improvement within a fast paced environment, experience of working within a complex organisation and will have strong interpersonal and communications skills.

You will also need to demonstrate experience of good stakeholder management, risk management and a collaborative approach to change management as we move to embed a Human Learning Systems approach to our transformation and service improvement work.

We are looking for an enthusiastic individual, with the ability to work collaboratively to improve services for children and families.
