£20,441 - £21,189 per annum (pro rata) (A Living Wage Allowance is payable on all hours worked to bring the pay rate for this post up to a minimum of £10.90 per hour)

We are looking to recruit a Business Support Administrator within Children’s Centre Services, to work across the Broxtowe District.  

This is an exciting opportunity to work within our multi-disciplinary teams delivering early help and preventative services to families with children under 5 years. The Children’s Centres Services are committed to delivering a targeted and effective service to families in need. We are based in the heart of communities and work out of our 46 Children’s Centre buildings in Nottinghamshire. You will report to the Children's Centre Co-ordinator within the South Broxtowe Cluster. The main duties for this role will include front of house reception duties to welcome children and families, colleagues, and partners to the Centres; you will be heavily involved in data input which will include processing referrals (but not limited to), as well as the weekly allocation process. There will be a requirement to minute team meetings, as well as general administrative support to your team.
