Reception Co-ordinator

Stubbin Wood School & Nursery is a Special School, providing education for pupils aged 2-19. We are delighted to be a member of T.E.A.M. Education Trust a multi academy group striving for the best pupil outcomes where the pupils are centric to everything we do and the team co-ordinate as one, so we achieve more for our school.

Our Reception Co-ordinator is the first face and voice that students, parents and visitors to our school will encounter.  The post holder is responsible for the answering of calls, welcoming guests, managing messages and email responses as well as ensuring an efficient and effective Reception service in addition to giving support to the wider administration and operational functions of the school.

As a key member of our Administration Team, our Co-ordinator has strong and proven communication and administration skills.  Excellent IT, verbal and written skills are essential for this post holder whilst accuracy and attention to detail are equally vital.  This role brings together so many aspects of our school environment that we’re keen to attract interest from candidates who are passionate about education, supporting the development of great life opportunities for our learners and who will enrich our school community through their support, professionalism and enthusiasm.
