The Senior Leadership Team and the Governors of Farmilo Primary School are seeking to appoint a skilled Grade 4 Teaching Assistant to join their already successful team of teachers and support staff. This is a specific role within school as the TA will take on the responsibility of Language Lead working alongside the English and phonics leaders as well as the Foundation Stage leader. 

The successful candidate must:

• Be well organised and able to work well with colleagues

• Be skilled in delivering language intervention to children across Early Years and in Key Stage 1

• Have good knowledge of the Early Years and Key Stage 1 curriculums

• Have knowledge, skills and qualifications relevant to early language

• Be passionate about giving every child the best start to their education

• Be an excellent communicator and be able to support other staff in the development of language intervention
