Due to the creation of a Countywide Community Reablement Team within the service, we are recruiting proactive and dynamic individuals to join our service as Reablement Coordinators in a fast pace and exciting team.

Do your values match ours? We think it is important to:

  •    Promote the principles of choice and control
  •    Take a personalised approach to supporting people
  •    Provide care and support with dignity and respect
  •    Take pride in the quality of the work we do

Do you think you can make a positive contribution to the service? If so, we would love to hear from you!

We pride ourselves in providing high levels of customer service in order to achieve positive outcomes and quality services for people accessing Community Reablement.

As part of a supportive team, you will receive referrals into the service via electronic systems, plan and coordinate resources vital for maximising the efficient running of the service. You will need to have good IT skills, be able to remain calm under pressure and be excellent at prioritising multiple demands.

In return, you will be supported through supervision both formally and informally to develop your skills, build expertise and take advantage of the extensive training opportunities to advance your career within the service and the Council.
