East Midlands Education Trust is looking to appoint an Estates Officer to join our central team. We are a rapidly growing Trust where expansion of the central provision is necessary to provide sufficient support to our schools.
We are looking for a facilities professional to help deliver the Trust’s estates strategy which will involve supporting our schools in all areas of facilities management, capital projects, health and safety compliance and environmental performance. The role will require someone with excellent organisational skills, the ability to prioritise a demanding workload, have excellent attention to detail, is flexible in their approach to work, resilient and has excellent communication skills. It will involve working closely with the central team, individual school leaders, and relevant external bodies. We are looking for a keen self-driven person with the willingness to develop further professionally.

In return, you will receive 27 days’ holiday plus bank holidays and will have access to the Local Government Pension Scheme. Holiday entitlement rises to 32 days and 34 days after 5 and 10 years of service respectively.
