As a member of the ‘Early Years’ team you will work alongside the nursery teacher, supporting our first cohort of 2 to 4 year-old children to grow, learn and develop in an environment rich with opportunities, high expectations and fun!

As the successful candidate you will have the capability of providing our nursery and F2 children with high quality, interactive and memorable learning experiences. You will play a full and important role in the running of the Unit including delivering activities, assessing the children’s progress and contributing to future developments under the supervision of the class teacher and Foundation Leader. You will also have responsibility for First Aid and will have the opportunity for Paediatric First Aid training to support your development in this area. You will be a driven and confident person, able to support the learning of children from day 1.

We are looking for someone with experience of working with children, ideally in a school or nursery setting. You will be passionate about supporting the needs of every child, with the expectation that every child can and will succeed.
