Sunnyside Spencer Academy is looking to appoint a School Receptionist / Administrative Assistant to join our efficient friendly team as soon as possible. This is a permanent position for 24 hours a week, plus there may be a requirement to work up to 3 weeks during school holidays. You should hold a minimum of grade C (or equivalent) in GCSE Maths and English. Hours 24 per week term time only, 8.30am to 5.00pm (including an unpaid 30-minute lunch break) Wednesday-Friday (flexible). 

Previous office experience is essential to this role. School office experience desirable.

You must be an excellent communicator, friendly, organised, professional, have competent IT skills and be able to multi task. The role also requires a high degree of confidentiality.

You will need to be flexible to respond to the changing needs of a school office and an extremely busy reception.
