Catering Supervisor
Hagg Farm Outdoor Education Centre is looking to employ a Catering Supervisor, in a busy outdoor residential environment. As the supervisor you will be preparing set menu meals every day, with the support of your catering team, using local produce and fresh ingredients. You will also have an assistant caterer/cleaner and an assistant cleaner as part of your team. Hours of work are 7am to 2.24pm.
You will be responsible for the smooth operation of the kitchen and centre, ie ordering of food, staff timesheet system, receiving deliveries, catering for dietary requirements/allergies, give adequate supervision and advise to his/her supporting staff. Maintain a high standard of hygiene and health and safety in the kitchen, dining and food storage areas. You must also must live 30 minutes from the Centre.
