We are looking for a full time Short Break Service Organiser to support the commissioning processes associated with the implementation of the authority’s revised Short Break offer.

We are looking for a well organised, dynamic and highly motivated worker with enthusiasm to coordinate requests for commissioned Short Breaks provision for disabled children and young people with an assessed need. You must have excellent communication skills and be able to analyse information from a range of sources within timescales to inform the commissioning process. Experience of business management is desirable. You must be able to work well in a team and have the ability to reflect on your own work to improve practice.
