West View is a specialist mainstream home for up to 4 children and young people. 

We are looking for inspirational individuals who have the right skills and knowledge to work with the most vulnerable children and young people, meeting their physical, emotional and health needs. 

Are you motivated, caring and committed to meeting the needs of the children and young people you care for as well as having the ability and resilience to work in what can be a very physically and emotionally challenging environment?

Do you have experience of working with children and young people within a residential setting or in a similar role?

Are you prepared to work shifts over 7 days a week including bank holidays? The early shift starts at 7.30am to 3pm and the late shifts are 2pm to 10.30 or 11pm.  You will also be required to sleep in. 

Can you lead a team of staff ensuring all the children and young peoples care plans and risk assessments are adhered to?

You will hold key working responsibilities, building, maintaining and developing in depth, child focussed care plans.
