West Bridgford Junior School is a large and friendly school, where high expectations are held by the staff and children alike. We are seeking to appoint a dynamic and well qualified individual to develop the new role of School Business Manager in our school, following the retirement of our existing Office Manager.

The successful candidate will support the Senior Leadership Team and Governing Body, and will use their skills to manage school finance to drive school improvement as we strive for excellence and to achieve the strategic aims of the school, under the direction of the new Headteacher.

Previous experience of working in a school is desirable but not essential. Specific SBM training and further suitable qualification (if not already held) will form part of the training program plan of the successful candidate once appointed.
