EYFS Lead Teacher

Haggonfields is an aspirational school. We are seeking to an ambitious, dynamic and positive thinking EYFS Teacher who can contribute to our vision that ‘Our stars learn to shine’. This vision applies to all members of our community. This role is permanent and full-time starting in September 2021.

This post is suitable for an experienced EYFS teacher who can be instrumental in our school’s growth and development.  The successful candidate will play a pivotal role as we develop our Early Years provision in the recently acquired children’s centre. This facility will become part of our school site in preparation for the new academic year.   

We are looking for a teacher who:

Has a proven track record of impact and successful teaching

Has good knowledge of early childhood development and is dedicated to ensuring that every child makes excellent progress through well planned learning journeys that inspires pupils to ‘shine’  

Has a passion for creating meaningful and mindful learning environments that sparks children’s curiosity and put the child at the centre  

Understands the importance of quality interactions and can challenge children’s thinking to develop the ‘thinkers and doers’ of the future  

Considers the needs of all children and has high aspirations for their achievement in both academic and spiritual, moral, social and cultural development  

Has the experience, skills and knowledge to lead a subject area across the school
