£10.60 - £10.98 per hour (A Living Wage Allowance is payable on all hours worked to bring the pay rate for this post up to a minimum of £10.90 per hour)

We are looking for relief workers to support disabled young people in various settings, either in their own homes, in the community or in our bases.  We support across the whole county, with bases in Ollerton, Mansfield and Chilwell.

We are looking for committed and resilient individuals to work with our amazing young people.  Working with our young people is an extraordinary job therefore we are looking for extraordinary people!

The work can be challenging at times but also rewarding in so many ways. You will be able to build positive relationships with young people and make a difference to each of their lives.  The role will require you to provide safe, supportive, and positive care which may include personal and intimate care.  We are aspirational for the young people we support and work relentlessly to maximise their full potential in all areas of development.  The team are very experienced and supportive of new team members and will support you through a full induction and welcome you into service.

You will join an amazing team.

Specialist Support team work 7 days a week from 6am till 10pm, therefore you would have the opportunity to work a variety of shifts to fit with many personal circumstances including early mornings, evenings and weekends.  Rotas are prepared in advance so you are able to plan you availability around shifts. On top of your hourly rate, you are paid enhancements, time and a half at weekends and time and a third after 8pm.
